What you'll do

• Lead membership sales, retail performance, lead generation, and member retention
• recruit, hire, train, and develop staff through coaching and accountability
• support the team on the floor
• manage staffing, scheduling, and class coverage
• maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and studio readiness
• resolve member concerns
• oversee payroll, inventory, expenses, and operational reporting
• build community partnerships and support local events
• uphold company policies and partner with regional leadership and HR
• participate in at least two classes weekly.
