Asphalt Paving Operator

What you'll do

• Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, and skid steers
• adjust machine settings
• inspect equipment before trips and report issues
• ensure asphalt placement meets grade specifications
• coordinate with drivers, crew members, and supervisors
• maintain a clean work area and follow Sunrock, MSHA, and OSHA standards
• provide guidance to less experienced crew members when needed.
