The Clinical Support role is onsite in Wasilla, AK, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $28.50–$31 per hour. The position supports behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment services at Banyan Treatment Centers. The role assists therapists and case managers with assessments, group facilitation, treatment planning, documentation, and continuity of care. It contributes to patient engagement and compliant clinical operations through care coordination, timely records, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

What you'll do

• Participate in treatment plan reviews
• complete baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, under program standards and supervision
• conduct assigned therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• assist with patient care coordination and daily treatment support
• support family communication and discharge planning
• complete timely clinical documentation and maintain confidential records.
