What you'll do

• Provide visible leadership and guidance to production staff
• work with the Production Supervisor to establish standardized work
• monitor production schedules, line speeds, waste, and downtime
• adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
• coordinate maintenance during the shift
• transfer information between shifts
• cover for the Production Supervisor during absences.
