The Registered Nurse (RN), Part-Time Days role is onsite in Odessa, WA, with 12-hour shifts. Base pay is $43.47–$74.95 per hour, depending on experience, plus applicable shift differentials. The nurse serves patients across emergency, acute, swing-bed, and long-term swing-bed care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The RN assesses patients, develops and updates care plans, provides nursing interventions, and responds to emergent situations. The role supports safe, quality care across the facility’s nursing units and outpatient services.

What you'll do

• Obtain nursing histories and perform assessments
• collect and document patient data
• initiate and maintain plans of care
• provide nursing skills including IV therapy and treatments
• administer medications and fluids
• identify abnormal diagnostic data and arrhythmias
• perform ER triage and assessments
• coordinate emergency transport
• maintain records and collaborate with the care team.
