What you'll do

• Oversee front-of-house service and dining room staff training
• manage dining room service quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• assign sections and tasks to leads and servers before shifts
• ensure appropriate resident seating and personalized service
• monitor and analyze resident dining data
• supervise new-staff training
• foster positive interactions among residents and staff.
