What you'll do

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property.
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter secured areas.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technology.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Assist employees, visitors, and vendors with questions and access needs.
• Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and access protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns.
• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures as needed.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
