What you'll do

• Coordinate multiple projects and internal designers, drafters, engineers, and external consultants
• plan drawing packages, schedules, and deliverables
• track milestones and risks
• produce and oversee construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• develop models and details
• prepare addenda and bulletins
• review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals
• conduct drawing quality checks
• participate in coordination meetings and occasional site observations.
