What you'll do

• Process daily cash applications and enter financial data related to insurance estimates.
• Follow up on aged balances and communicate with customers about billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes, maintain confidentiality of financial information, support audits as needed, report AR issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
