The Licensed Clinical Supervisor, Los Campeones role is onsite in Chicopee, MA. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 per year. The role supports Gandara Mental Health Center’s Residential Rehabilitation Services and Substance Use Services programs. The supervisor provides clinical oversight, supervision, and staff development while supporting care for residents with substance use needs, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. The role also coordinates with medical and behavioral health providers to support effective, integrated services.

What you'll do

• Provide program oversight under the Program Director
• deliver individual and group clinical supervision to counselors, case managers, recovery specialists, overnight staff, and interns
• train staff in treatment protocols, assessments, and interventions
• supervise direct-service staff
• develop clinical practice policies and treatment plans
• coordinate with medical and behavioral health departments
• conduct assessments and provide individual or group services as needed
• lead case conferences and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• support quality assurance and staff development.
