PMP-Certified Project Manager

Job overview

The PMP-Certified Project Manager role is onsite in Overland Park, KS. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports MTW Solutions’ software products for government agencies, including grant management, compliance audit, and child nutrition platforms. The project manager leads software implementation, enhancement, reporting, and operational projects from initiation through closure. By coordinating client requirements, internal teams, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes, the role helps government clients achieve project objectives and supports digital transformation in public-sector operations.

What you'll do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, milestones, risks, and success criteria
• lead software implementations, upgrades, reports, customizations, and operational initiatives
• serve as primary project contact for clients, leadership, and internal teams
• gather and manage requirements and change requests
• coordinate development, support, finance, account management, and leadership
• prepare status reports, dashboards, agendas, action logs, and executive updates
• coordinate readiness, training, deployment, acceptance, and transition to support.

Why this role
