What you'll do

• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and customer meetings
• build and manage opportunities through contract execution
• sell truckload, LTL, drayage, intermodal, expedited, flatbed, refrigerated, oversized, and project freight
• assess shipping requirements and develop logistics solutions
• prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts
• coordinate onboarding with operations
• grow existing accounts
• maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• meet revenue and gross-profit objectives
• monitor freight-market trends, pricing, capacity, and competition.
