What you'll do

• Perform daily inspections, environmental swabbing, and product inspections
• verify compliance with standards
• maintain quality equipment
• conduct sensory, label, and analytical testing
• manage holds and retention samples
• support supplier inventory and customer samples
• lead facility inspections and assist with audits
• follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food-safety policies
• investigate quality issues and customer complaints
• maintain quality documentation and records in SAP
• support trials, process improvements, and 5S.
