What you'll do

• Build consolidated and multi-stop loads using shipment dimensions and delivery windows
• book and confirm pickup and delivery appointments
• rework schedules when plans change
• track loads and update customers
• resolve shipment exceptions
• maintain accurate TMS records
• serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
• flag new lanes and volume to sales.
