What you'll do

• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages
• verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• prepare items for shipment and inspect outgoing shipments against quality and specifications
• maintain inventory of raw materials and work in process
• enter data into an ERP system
• provide inventory information to the production scheduler
• pull materials for upcoming work orders
• investigate inventory accuracy problems
• operate electric forklifts
• follow safety rules.
