What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
• prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and supporting schedules
• own month-end and year-end close
• lead audit readiness and execution
• ensure accurate and timely transactions under company policies and GAAP
• improve accounting policies, workflows, controls, automation, integrations, and reporting
• monitor financial and operational drivers
• and partner with leaders to explain results and support decisions.
