The UKG Project Manager — UKG Ready Implementations role is remote across the United States. Compensation is up to $80,000 per year plus a bonus, commensurate with experience. The role is part of RCM’s Human Capital Management consultancy, which provides services across workforce management, benefits, payroll, and related employee-life-cycle systems.

What you'll do

• Manage UKG Ready workforce management implementations from project planning through delivery, serving as the main contact between customers, RCM, and UKG project teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, risks, change management, milestone signoffs, integration plans, and stakeholder updates
• support consistent, timely, on-budget, high-quality project outcomes.
