What you'll do

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders comply with nutritional requirements or restrictions. Work with caregivers and the culinary team on alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural, ethnic, or religious preferences. Manage tray tickets
• assemble, deliver, and retrieve meal trays on schedule. Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, confidentiality, and patient-rights procedures
• communicate patient concerns to appropriate personnel.
