What you'll do

• Perform walk-in patient testing, immunizations, and lead testing
• assess patients and record vital signs
• obtain specimens and perform physician-ordered tests or lab workups
• prepare examination rooms and assist physicians
• communicate lab results within scope
• prepare and dispense medications and administer injections
• maintain and restock supplies
• update immunization records
• coordinate with patients, pharmacies, and medical facilities
• prepare patient education materials
• sterilize instruments and maintain the autoclave
• log statistical data.
