The Heavy Equipment Oiler role is onsite at construction sites based from Cheyenne, WY, with occasional travel to project sites in Gillette and surrounding areas. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour. Earth Work Solutions builds infrastructure and performs earth-moving construction projects. The oiler services heavy equipment to support reliable operation and reduce downtime on construction projects. The role follows maintenance schedules, records equipment and fluid conditions, and coordinates with mechanics and site teams to help keep equipment ready and work progressing safely.

What you'll do

• Lubricate and oil heavy equipment, including greasing fittings, changing oil, and replacing filters
• operate and maintain a fuel and lube truck
• inspect equipment and report issues
• record maintenance schedules, fluid usage, and equipment condition
• handle and dispose of lubricants and hazardous materials according to safety and environmental requirements
• assist mechanics with minor repairs and preventive maintenance
• follow site safety procedures.
