What you'll do

• Provide professional customer service in person and by phone
• answer internal and external calls
• manage patient flow
• respect patients' and doctors' time and schedules
• understand common visit fees and collect correct payments
• complete daily reconciliations, close the day, and count down the cash drawer
• perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned.
