The Director of Celebrations (Activity Director) role is onsite in Troy, NY, with compensation of $26–$30 per hour. The position supports the Celebrations activities department at a Provincial Senior Living community managed by Diamond Ridge, focused on enriching residents’ lives through personalized care, hospitality, and connection. The director develops and oversees lifestyle programming that promotes residents’ health, wellbeing, engagement, and growth. By coordinating activities, volunteers, communications, and resident feedback, the role helps create meaningful opportunities for participation and community connection.

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and conduct lifestyle programs and holiday events
• recruit and develop resources and volunteers
• advise and motivate residents regarding activities
• prepare and distribute event calendars and community newsletters
• lead the lifestyle program and coordinate the community library
• manage supplies and equipment within budget guidelines
• prepare a preliminary operating budget
• supervise Celebrations department employees and coordinators
• maintain participation and satisfaction data
• develop and analyze resident surveys
• support community relations and volunteer recognition
• drive the company vehicle as needed.
