Barista Manager

What you'll do

• Lead barista operations during daily service
• support and coach baristas
• prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipes and café standards
• monitor consistency, presentation, and service speed
• answer menu questions and handle guest concerns
• process orders and payments through Square
• maintain clean, stocked stations
• oversee cleaning responsibilities
• communicate inventory needs
• assist with opening, shift transitions, and closing as assigned
• coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of café leadership or supervisory experience and three years of general work experience. Must have a valid Arizona Food Handler’s Card or obtain one before the first shift. Weekend, holiday, morning, and high-volume shift flexibility is expected based on business needs.
