What you'll do

• Participate in structured mentorship and recovery check-ins
• learn peer mentorship and group facilitation
• assist with benefits navigation and administrative intake
• learn life-skills coaching
• support resident onboarding and routines
• practice de-escalation and emotional support
• develop reporting and case-support skills
• learn drug and alcohol screening protocols.
