The Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Hainesport, NJ, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $21.00 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to customers and communities. This supervisor coordinates quality security services during an assigned shift, serves as a liaison among site leadership and security officers, and coaches, recognizes, and disciplines staff within approved guidelines.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on an assigned shift
• act as liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved guidelines
• prepare written reports and logs
• handle common and crisis situations calmly
• provide professional customer service.
