Mitigation Technician

Job overview

The Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Cypress, CA, with pay of $20–$24 per hour. The technician reports to the Mitigation Manager and helps restore properties after disasters in the community. The role carries out mitigation work after floods and fires, including water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation. It supports customers through property restoration while maintaining equipment and providing service under the manager’s supervision.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation under the Mitigation Manager’s supervision. Provide customer service
• maintain and stock the company truck and equipment
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks
• and support teammates. Participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
