What you'll do

• Develop and regularly review treatment plans
• conduct weekly individual, family, and group therapy and maintain progress notes
• prepare monthly progress reports
• communicate with prior treatment sources and involved professionals
• collaborate with residential, medical, and academic staff
• respond to urgent needs and crises
• coordinate with families and referring sources
• plan continuing care
• maintain required documentation and certifications.
