Job overview

The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) role is in person in Idaho Falls, ID, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule; flexibility for other shifts, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. HAS, LLC, a division of Caregiver, Inc., provides residential habilitation and supported living services. The QIDP oversees care and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role develops and monitors individualized plans, supports direct-care staff, maintains documentation, and coordinates with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans of care
  • supervise and train direct-care staff
  • maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • participate in admissions and discharges, assessments, and transition planning
  • build relationships with individuals, families, care teams, and stakeholders
  • follow Idaho Department of Health and Welfare rules
  • respond to families, guardians, and service coordinators with discretion and professionalism.
