Preschool Lead Teacher

The Preschool Lead Teacher role is onsite in Inver Grove Heights, MN, and pays $17–$22 per hour. The teacher works under the School Director to support children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental growth. The role leads classroom operations and delivers developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment. It also partners with families and colleagues to support each child’s learning and success, including children with Individualized Education Plans.

What you'll do

• Create an inclusive classroom
• build relationships and communicate with children and families
• respond to developmental and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan and document curriculum
• supervise children safely
• document incidents
• follow licensing and company policies
• attend required training and meetings.
