What you'll do

• Manage employee move cases, including domestic, cross-country, and legal-entity moves
• coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Immigration, and other stakeholders
• track mobility cases and report status weekly
• escalate issues
• participate in vendor reviews
• train Talent Acquisition recruiters on the vendor mobility tool
• communicate with employees
• audit vendor files and invoices
• resolve billing issues
• contribute to FAQs
• maintain the HR Global Mobility site
• provide guidance to internal departments and external service providers.
