What you'll do

• Assist with training development, instructional support, and training analysis
• develop, revise, and maintain courses
• teach and mentor international trainees
• apply Operational Risk Management principles
• coordinate course schedules and training exercises
• collaborate on curriculum updates
• provide instructional support for weapons systems, outboard engines, navigation, and communications equipment
• evaluate training aids
• instruct on watercraft maintenance and operation
• follow Navy safety, ORM, 3-M, and AA&E security instructions
• serve as Range Officer in Charge/Range Safety Officer as required
• maintain instructor records
• analyze student and instructor feedback
• support exam security and evaluations
• update training databases and curriculum plans
• travel and drive as necessary.
