What you'll do

• Support client safety
• maintain therapeutic boundaries and program structure
• assist with safety checks, room searches, admissions, and discharges
• conduct intake, documentation, and property searches
• observe and report changes in health or behavior
• use de-escalation skills as needed
• assist with daily needs and meals
• facilitate recovery and addiction-focused groups
• participate in staff meetings, training, and program development.
