What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within license, scope of practice, regulations, and facility policies
• direct and support certified nursing assistants and other assigned nursing personnel
• participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
• monitor residents and complete permitted assessments
• report significant changes and document them
• transcribe and carry out physician orders as permitted
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, CNAs, and care team members.
