Structural Foreman

The Structural Foreman role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with a Monday–Friday first shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Compensation is not specified. Stellar Energy provides modular cooling infrastructure for data centers and industrial operations. The foreman directs structural fitters and welders and monitors module assembly for manufactured chiller plants. The role coordinates crews, production, safety, quality, materials, and equipment to complete assemblies for shipment and reassembly.

What you'll do

• Organize structural crews
• verify training and qualifications
• enforce operating, assembly, and safety procedures
• coordinate schedules with the superintendent
• monitor layout, cuts, tasks, materials, equipment maintenance, quality inspections, staging, and loading
• work with Engineering on solutions and revisions
• support shift handoffs and audits.
