What you'll do

• Direct and assign daily tasks to sales associates and utility workers
• greet customers and donors
• oversee sorting and grading donations and truck shipments
• support sales transactions, merchandising, and online-sale processing
• meet daily production expectations
• demonstrate duties and procedures to new team members
• complete inspections, schedules, paperwork, deposits, and reports
• operate a forklift.
