What you'll do

• Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards
• ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, health department, and alcohol-service laws
• oversee attraction eligibility requirements and staff safety training
• lead incident response and facility safety audits
• direct daily operations across Guest Services, Attractions, Food & Beverage, GameZone, and Facility Maintenance
• oversee staffing, scheduling, POS systems, cash handling, and loss prevention
• recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff
• manage budgets, labor controls, and expenses
• review reports and performance metrics
• collaborate with executive leadership on operational improvements.
