What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, particularly leasing
• draft, review, and negotiate leases and related agreements
• advise on lease negotiations, renewals, and modifications
• handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing documentation
• coordinate due diligence
• assess legal and business risks
• coordinate with transaction participants and manage deadlines and client communications.
