What you'll do

• Manage family law and estate planning/guardianship matters from inception through resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• lead discovery and inventory work
• prepare trial exhibits and notebooks
• manage requests for order
• oversee court filings and calendaring
• track billable hours.
