What you'll do

• Develop annual and long-range business plans
• manage brand performance, P&L, and financial targets
• analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competition
• develop integrated marketing plans and lead campaigns, launches, promotions, packaging, digital content, and activations
• identify innovation opportunities and guide products from concept through commercialization
• coordinate cross-functional teams and present recommendations to leadership.
