Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Flex in Tyndall, SD. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $19.00 - $25.50 per hour, plus additional shift differentials and a $5 per hour FLEX premium. This role serves as a caregiver providing resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse. The CNA assists with basic health care needs, daily living activities, and supports residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.

What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs.
• Assists residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Experience

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
