What you'll do

• Complete assigned painting and repair work orders
• log service requests and update requestors on progress
• assist with emergency response protocols
• maintain paint and equipment inventories and report restocking needs
• track tool and equipment use and condition
• support preventative maintenance systems
• respond to paint-related questions and requests from residents and staff.
