What you'll do

• Represent creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and related bankruptcy proceedings
• handle adversary proceedings and contested matters
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and court filings
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
• manage discovery and litigation
• communicate with clients, trustees, opposing counsel, and the Court
• collaborate with partners and attorneys on complex commercial litigation.
