Accounts Receivable Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee customer invoicing and shipment-to-invoice matching
• manage billing for deposits and contract-manufacturing terms
• support revenue recognition and month-end cutoffs
• manage collections and monitor customer credit limits
• resolve disputes, short payments, deductions, and chargebacks
• oversee cash application
• reconcile receivables to the general ledger and bank activity
• prepare month-end entries, reports, forecasts, and audit documentation
• maintain policies, procedures, and controls
• drive process improvements.

Why this role
