What you'll do

• Manage a diverse caseload of Michigan consumer clients
• keep clients informed and supported
• draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and agreements
• negotiate with opposing parties to resolve and settle claims
• research contract and consumer law issues
• make court appearances in the Warren area as needed.
