What you'll do

• Provide technical support to clients
• escalate support requirements with relevant details and confirm acceptance of escalated issues
• prepare desktops, laptops, and other hardware
• maintain accurate customer documentation
• deliver assigned operational and project commitments in coordination with the customer team lead
• perform customer maintenance activities
• monitor assigned alerts and respond appropriately
• organize, prioritize, plan, and deliver work and commitments.
