What you'll do

• Assist with general building repairs and preventive maintenance
• complete routine work orders
• help maintain resident rooms and common areas
• assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
• perform routine inspections and identify areas needing attention
• help maintain the facility exterior and grounds
• assist with equipment upkeep
• respond to maintenance needs throughout the building
• and support safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
