What you'll do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations
• diagnose and manage mental health conditions
• prescribe and manage medications with structured follow-up
• provide brief therapeutic interventions when appropriate
• collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, care managers, social workers, and medical providers
• participate in case reviews and coordinated care planning
• support MindPATH development, quality improvement, outcome tracking, and mentoring of advanced practice providers
• maintain EHR documentation and comply with privacy and professional standards.
