The role supports customer and donor service, sales and production goals, and a safe, organized store.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager in store operations
• supervise, train, schedule, and coach retail employees and volunteers
• provide customer and donor service
• help meet sales, production, and expense-control goals
• maintain a clean, safe, organized store
• document accidents and safety issues
• oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and sales-floor presentation
• address customer concerns
• lead the store when the Store Manager is absent.

Why this role
