What you'll do

• Provide nursing care under the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies
• assess residents and recognize changes in health status
• use clinical judgment to plan and evaluate care
• monitor progress and document observations
• delegate appropriate care tasks
• collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and leadership
• build relationships with residents and provide person-centered care.

Why this role

New registered nurses are welcome, and previous experience is not required; training and ongoing professional development in intellectual and developmental disability care are provided. Requires a current Illinois RN license and current BLS certification. Part-time schedule is 32 hours per week; listed residential shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; skilled nursing residence day shift is 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
