Property Manager – Hourly

The Property Manager role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, at 13 & 15 West. Pay is $28–$30 per hour, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. • Support property financial goals and manage the asset in owners’ best interests and company policies
• maintain customer service and online presence
• enforce community policies in conjunction with Fair Housing laws
• maintain and submit accurate community transaction records
• oversee the team’s adherence to company procedures and efficient workflows.
